Job Responsibilities and Duties
Belowisalistofduties,tasks,andresponsibilitiestoinclude,butarenotlimitedtothedailyactivitiesforthisposition.
- Coordinatesubvisits,inspections,andscheduleswithPMstaff
- Verifyallbidsarecompleteandaccuratepriortoenteringproposal
- Assistinenteringinformationintothebidmastertemplatefornewjobs.
- Createandmaintainjobbinder/foldersforeachjob.
- Typeall Changeordersasdirected,maintainingaccuracyonmarginsandratesbilled
- Enterinitialsubcontractintoapplicablesoftwareonalljobs
- Controlallpaperwork-filing,scanning,etc.
- Verifypricebilledforlumberpackagesvs.estimates
- Orderplansetsandmaintainarecordoforders
- Takeanduploadallpicturestojobfiles/sites
- Maintainelectroniccopiesofallcontracts,subbidsandotherjob-related items.
- Coordinatewithlocalagencyforpermitsanddocuments
- Meetwith Project Managers ,Clients,Vendorsatjobsites
- Othertasksasassigned
- Bachelor’sdegreepreferred,orrelevantexperience
- Excelinjobscheduling,communicationwithclientandvendors
- Sage Contractor,CoConstruct,Buildertrend,Bluebeam
- HighlevelofMSWord,Excel,PowerPoint,Microsoft project
- Readandunderstanddrawings,scopeofworkandspecs
1-3years’experienceinresidentialconstructionpreferred,inthefieldor
Office.
