Overview
Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America. We are hiring for a Customer Assistance Representative Senior (CAR Sr) to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers through face‑to‑face interaction and phone support.
Position DetailsOpening available at the following branch location:
10266 Truckee Airport Road Suite B, Truckee, CA 96161
This is a part‑time position with a starting rate of pay $21.00 per hour and is a 40‑hour workweek.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, alternating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers; provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and vendors.
- Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous assignments.
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
- Provide directions and general assistance.
- Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
- Process returns, check‑ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
- Effectively market the company while picking up or dropping off customers safely and courteously.
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
- Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
- Notify management of any known vehicle problems and maintenance requirements.
- Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or using washing equipment when needed.
- Perform administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing.
- Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- At least 18 years old.
- Must have not interviewed with any Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.
