Chase - 11260 Donner Pass Road - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check in and queue customers;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while ensuring compliance with policies and banking regulations;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to help achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, following bank policies and procedures
