Greet guests arriving for sales presentations and assist in the sales gallery;
Assign guests to appropriate Sales Executive and track tour leads and availability;
Manage input and reconciliation of tours, direct tours, and sales wave availability in the computer system;
Provide personal planning services including dining reservations, golf tee times, and activities for guests;
Maintain neat, stocked gallery common areas and ensure confidentiality and professional appearance; cross-reference information across multiple computer systems to meet guest needs
