Eckard Roofing is looking for a skilled Journeyman Roofer to join our team in Truckee. We know that roofing in the mountains is different-it requires tougher gear, higher safety standards, and a crew that looks out for each other.

What You Will Do:

• The Work:
  Install and repair residential and commercial roofing systems (Asphalt, Metal, Single-Ply) in high-altitude conditions.
• The Craft:
  Handle complex flashings and details that keep mountain homes watertight.
• The Leadership:
  Act as a mentor to apprentices and support the job site Foreman.
• The Safety:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site.

What We Need From You:

• 4+ Years
  
  Experience:
  
  You are a true Journeyman. You know the tools, the materials, and the techniques for both steep and low-slope roofs.
• Mountain Ready:
  You are comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions (sun, wind, and cold).
• Reliability:
  You show up on time, ready to work.
• Driver's License:
  Valid license required (to operate the company vehicle).
