Pay: $26-$32 per hour DOE
Reports to:
Paint & Stain Team Lead
- PTO
- 401K with matching

- Proficient Painter With 5 years experience
- Valid driver's license
- Minimal Supervision
- Daily oversight of employees under supervision
- Record / manage work orders & time management on job sites
- Apply technical knowledge of all coating materials for acceptable application
- Employee Development of Painter 1
- Communicate proficiently with managers about jobs and problems
- Responsible for tool inventory & needed products
- Knowledge of airless spray equipment, professional sanders, pressure washers & other power tools
- Demonstrates knowledge & implementation of safe ladder, fall protection & product hazards
