Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Eckard Roofing is hiring a Skilled Laborer / Apprentice to join our team in Truckee. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of general construction experience who is tired of dead-end jobs and wants to become a professional Roofer.

If you are reliable, comfortable with heights, and ready to work hard, we will teach you the rest.

• Weekly Pay:
  We pay every Friday. Reliable, consistent money.
• Career Path:
  This isn't just carrying shingles. We train you on installation, waterproofing, and safety so you can move up to Journeyman status (and higher pay).

  Maintain a clean job site and follow OSHA guidelines (we take safety seriously).
• The Hustle:
  Load and unload materials. This is a physical job—you need to be ready to work.

• 2+ Years Construction
  
  Experience:
  
  You know how to use a tape measure, swing a hammer, and work on a construction site safely.
• No Fear of Heights:
  You must be comfortable working on roofs and climbing ladders.
• Reliability:
  You show up on time, every day.
• Driver's License:
  Valid license required.

• $25.00 – $27.00/hour (Based on Experience)
