The team handles new construction, remodels, and a wide range of service-based jobs including troubleshooting, lighting installation, panel upgrades, EV charger setup, and backup power installation. In addition to residential work, the company also provides commercial electrical services. This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in Truckee, CA. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems for new builds, remodels, and service calls, including wiring, outlets, lighting, panels, EV chargers, and backup power equipment. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing electrical issues, performing troubleshooting, completing repairs in accordance with code requirements, and documenting work performed. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, collaborating with contractors and team members, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and interacting professionally with clients.

The Electrician will also support occasional commercial projects as needed and follow all company and safety policies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in residential electrical installation and repair, including wiring, panels, lighting, and service upgrades.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues, use diagnostic tools effectively, and apply relevant electrical codes and standards.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams, and coordinating work with general contractors and other trades.
• Strong commitment to safety practices, including proper use of tools, PPE, and adherence to OSHA and local regulations.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain work clearly to clients and work cooperatively in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Truckee/Lake Tahoe region.
• Journeyman-level experience or equivalent background; relevant state electrical license or certification preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting equipment, working on ladders, and operating in various weather conditions.
