Parkour Counselor

• Provide high-quality instruction to campers aged 5‑17, ensuring safe skill progression and a fun learning environment.
• Develop caring relationships with campers and manage their basic needs such as meals, activities, and calls home.
• Enforce camp rules, maintain a neat appearance, and serve as a professional role model.
• Assist with camp check‑ins, coordinate with medical staff for injuries and special needs, and facilitate medication distribution through the Camp Nurse.
• Address homesickness, provide support to camps, and ensure communications with appropriate staff.
• Participate in recreation activities, encourage campers to join, and assist with facility maintenance.
• Arrive on time for shifts and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.

• Strong parkour skills and knowledge of instruction techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptability, punctuality, and professionalism in both behavior and appearance.
• Ability to work with children, manage a group up to 10 campers, and handle special needs or allergies.

• Hourly rate of $19.25 (adjusted based on experience).
