Volunteers of America Northern California and Northern Nevada is seeking a Community Care Associate for the Truckee Navigation Center. The overnight shift runs 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday, providing shelter, meals, and supportive services.
You will engage participants with trauma-informed approaches, de-escalate crises, and support daily operations, safety, and program integrity within a 16-bed shelter.
