AAA - Flatbed Tow Operator

Job Location & Schedule

Reno, NV – Start times range from 8am, 11am, 1pm, or 3:00 PM – Midnight (includes weekends).

Guaranteed hours:
Minimum of 40 hours per week.

Starting pay: $22.75 per hour. Shift differentials: $0.75 to $1.50 extra per hour depending on hours and days worked.

Productivity incentives: up to $1,900 extra per month.

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide roadside assistance: tire changes, fuel delivery, vehicle lock‑outs.
• Build trust, problem‑solve, and remain calm under pressure.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
• Use knowledge of vehicle components and common failure causes.
• Drive manual or automatic vehicles.

• No prior towing experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Caring, customer‑first mindset and passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work scheduled shifts including weekends.

• Work outdoors at vehicle sites; may lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop.
• Work in all weather, traffic conditions; vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, hazardous.
