Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, and collections
- Assist with Accounts Payable processing and vendor support as needed
- Prepare account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, V-LOOKUPS, and Pivot Tables
- Assist with the company's transition from Sage to Net Suite
- Collaborate with the Controller and accounting team on special projects and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Accounts Receivable experience required
- Experience in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Net Suite experience highly preferred;
Sage experience is a plus - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including V-LOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Onsite role located in Bridgeport, CT
- Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Reports directly to the Controller
