• Maintain accurate patient and client billing records while ensuring timely payment collection.
• Submit clean insurance claims and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.
• Respond to patient and client billing inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Post payments, denials, adjustments, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Analyze accounts receivable, investigate claim denials, and identify payer trends to improve collections performance.
• Partner with internal teams to support efficient revenue cycle operations and resolution of billing issues.

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, CPT codes, ICD‑10 coding, and CMS‑1500 claim forms.
• Understanding of insurance payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient financial responsibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
