We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our growing team. This position is mostly in-office with opportunity to work some shifts from home
JOB SUMMARY
The administrative assistant provides office coordination and ensures the smooth operation of daily business.
* Manage day-to-day office operations
* Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
* Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations
* Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch as needed
* Prepare proposals, invoices, and customer correspondence
* Assist with accounts receivable functions
* Process permits and maintains job documentation
* Maintain organized digital and physical records
* Support payroll administration and employee onboarding paperwork
* Track office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships
* Help implement and improve office procedures and workflows
* Provide administrative support to company ownership
* Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
* 1+ years of office management or administrative experience
* Electrical industry experience is a plus
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with bookkeeping functions is a plus
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

* Tracking agreement renewals
