Main Responsibilities
Provide regulatory expertise and assessments to R&D project leaders and key business partners across the PC USA product portfolio, aligned with strategic priorities.Collaborate with the PC North America Regulatory Affairs team to implement regulatory strategies supporting business growth.Guide R&D through regulatory assessments and formulation reviews for major projects using digital tools.Manage labeling and artwork activities, including Mastertext discussions and final review of Marketing Master lock Document (MMLD).Secure regulatory clearance for clinical, consumer, home-use tests, and sensory studies.Lead OTC drug expiration date stability programs for regulatory input.Contribute regulatory input for digital tools development and implementation in R&D.Work closely with global and local teams to ensure regulatory documentation, safety, and quality compliance.Collaborate with the Beauty & Wellness Regulatory Team on shared topics.Qualifications & Experience
BSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Science, Toxicology, Environmental Science, or related field.3-5+ years' experience in FMCG, with expertise in personal care and OTC regulatory requirements.Knowledge of US federal and state regulations relevant to personal care products.Experience working with R&D and external partners to support innovation.Proactive, flexible, results-oriented with strong communication skills.Ability to influence and develop innovative solutions.Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Familiarity with FDA Cosmetics portals and California Safe Cosmetic Program is advantageous.
