This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shipping Coordinator, located in Trumbull, CT. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, coordinating with carriers, maintaining proper inventory controls, and ensuring compliance with export requirements. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer service inquiries and utilizing equipment such as forklifts for material handling operations.

• Manage shipping and receiving operations, coordinating with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory controls and records, and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with export requirements and applicable regulations.
• Address customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Operate and/or supervise material handling equipment, such as forklifts, ensuring safe operation.

• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
• Strong customer service skills to address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Hands-on experience in forklift operation and safe material handling.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and processes.
• Knowledge of export regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in a physically active role and maintain attention to detail.
