The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) is a hands‑on problem‑solving role within the Global Supply Chain Data Analytics & Data Science team  Sr. BA is a practical supply chain analytics owner who can solve immediate business problems using Excel, quick queries, and lightweight reporting solutions, while moving recurring needs toward scalable Power BI and SQL‑based solutions. In Power BI, the Sr.

BA connects to approved data sources, transforms data, and builds scalable, low‑maintenance reporting solutions. This role is responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and solving Supply Chain process and data challenges using the appropriate mix of analytics tools, source‑system knowledge, and practical business judgment. The Sr. BA independently delivers advanced reporting, operational analysis, and decision‑support tools, improves data quality, and drives continuous improvement through actionable insights.

This role serves as a key support and enhancement owner for reporting products used globally. The Sr. BA balances speed and scalability, delivering quick, simple solutions such as Excel tools, quick queries, reconciliations, and lightweight dashboards to unblock the business, while designing robust, automated, and scalable analytics products for long‑term stability. As a senior contributor, the Sr. BA serves as a technical mentor, coaching Business Analysts on data modeling, DAX best practices, visualization standards, QA, documentation, and report lifecycle management to improve team capability and delivery quality.
