A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Picture this: you arrive at the office, ready to tackle the day’s challenges. You're the backbone of our operations, managing incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and dispatching our expert technicians. Your exceptional customer service skills shine as you build strong relationships with our valued customers through transparent and open communication. When faced with customer complaints, you keep your cool and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records and organizing customer account documents keep you on your toes. At the end of the day, you feel a sense of pride as you witness successful dispatching operations and fully satisfied customers!

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in customer support or client services
  • Excellent dispatching skills
  • Above average phone handling and active listening skills
  • Familiar working with CRM systems and practices

Quick Books knowledge would be a plus!
