** THE WORK*
* As a Proposal Manager for the Commercial Aircraft Sub Market segment, you will develop and deliver quick‑turn aircraft production proposals for the Sikorsky commercial S‑76 and S‑92 product lines

Additional specific responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs  Material Cost Estimating, Supply Chain, Program Planning, Finance, Contracts, and Programs  to verify compliance and timely receipt of data for pricing and schedule commitments

- Partner with Enterprise Performance, Business Development, and the Program Management Office to execute Risk‑Based Assessments  RBAs , Independent Non‑Advocate Reviews  INARs , and provide inputs for Enterprise Planning Panel  EPP  activities

- Continuously assess and refine the capture‑to‑proposal process, ensuring adherence to all internal policies and external regulatory requirements while driving efficiency gains

- Serve as the primary liaison for the program management team after contract award, facilitating a smooth and effective transition from capture activities to execution and delivery

- Maintain an up‑to‑date repository of pricing models, cost drivers, and market intelligence to support future proposal cycles

- Track proposal milestones, risks, and mitigation actions, reporting status to senior leadership and stakeholders

- Mentor junior team members and promote best‑practice knowledge sharing across the capture organization
