Our client, a leader in chemical manufacturing and process development, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the R&D and Supply Chain support team supporting the Pilot Plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $37
What's the Job?- Participate and advise in the design, engineering, and risk assessments of new manufacturing facilities, including FEED, HAZOP, and FMEA studies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Engineering, Planning, Quality, and R&D teams to meet project milestones and network timings.
- Conduct design and robustness studies in the pilot plant, exploring novel routes to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Utilize digital platforms to capture technical data for statistical analysis and visualization.
- Support process validation, equipment commissioning, and scale-up activities to ensure smooth transition into production.
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry with a strong technical background.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or pilot plant operations, preferably in a technical or engineering role.
- Knowledge of process safety, hygiene standards, and risk management practices.
- Ability to develop detailed technical drawings, SOPs, and process specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
