As a Financial Operations Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decision‑making
• Monitor cash flow, revenue trends, and firm profitability
• Oversee billing, collections, timekeeping accuracy, and compliance with trust accounting requirements
• Manage AP, AR, payroll, general ledger functions, audits, and tax‑related processes
• Lead process improvements to enhance workflows, systems, and reporting
• Support partner‑level compensation modeling and resource allocation
• Supervise finance team members, promoting high performance and accountability
• Serve as a key advisor to leadership, providing strategic insights as a Financial Operations Manager
• Ensure full compliance with audit, tax, trust accounting, and regulatory standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of financial management experience, ideally within professional services
• Experience with financial and billing systems (SurePoint, Elite, Aderant, Clio, or similar)
• Strong understanding of trust accounting, compliance, and internal controls
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to excel in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
• A professional, proactive, and collaborative mindset essential to success as a Financial Operations Manager
