The WorkThe Global Commercial & Business Systems (GCMS) Aftermarket business is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support a portfolio of global commercial fixed‑price spares, inventory and fleet sustainment rate management. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing all financial reporting requirements for the various contracts. The position will partner with Program Management, Customer Services Reps, Controllers, and other functional areas to ensure successful execution of contract requirements with a focus on developing accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities- Develop and report Estimates at Complete (EAC), evaluate risk and opportunities, P&L and Balance Sheet forecast, review Net Investment and various ad‑hoc requests.
- Maintain SAP contract project structure requirements and timely management of all WBS and contract maintenance requests.
- Establish new contract revenue worksheets, SAP project, and performance obligation setup.
- Support and provide analysis on inventory levels and maximize ideal quantity measurements.
- Provide earned value analysis and support variance mitigation through risk and opportunities.
- Develop and support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) / CSR reporting process for designated contracts.
- Support weekly/monthly reviews with Programs and Finance POCs.
- Support monthly reporting, close, outlook forecasts, and Long‑Range Plan (LRP) for Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash and Inventory.
- Act as team lead in providing required FP&A deliverables to support month‑end close, monthly/annual forecasts.
- Support ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Finance Leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience with large quantity data analysis and prior Program Finance and FP&A experience.
