We’re looking for compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers—including CNAs, PCAs, and Home Health Aides—in Bridgeport, CT, and nearby areas. Full- and part-time opportunities are available. As a caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain their quality of life by assisting with personal care, household tasks, and social engagement. Bilingual Spanish/English caregivers are encouraged to apply.

• Daily Routine Support: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
• Meal Support: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Medication Assistance: Provide reminders as directed.
• Home Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a tidy environment.
• Community Access: Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, medical appointments, and social outings.
• Social Engagement: Offer meaningful companionship, engaging clients in conversation, reading, and recreational activities.
• Safety: Monitor the home environment for fall risks and assist with safe transfers.
• Observation & Reporting: Report changes in clients’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to supervising staff.
• Tailored Care Plans: Follow individualized care plans accurately and efficiently.
