Responsibilities:

• Provide trusted and compassionate care focusing on client’s unique needs

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, personal care, ambulation, transfers, meal prep, medication reminders and light housekeeping

• Monitor and report changes in client condition and maintain accurate records of services provided

• Collaborate with office team to ensure comprehensive care

• Ensure client’s rights and confidentiality
