Salary:
Now offering $90K–$120K, plus up to a $10K sign-on bonus and up to $25K in student loan repayment. Also $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives. Posted salary range USD $53.00 - $62.00 /Hr;
Bonus USD $5,000.

Responsibilities:

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey
• Evaluate patients, create individualized plans of care, deliver hands‑on, patient‑centered treatment and education, monitor progress, and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
• Assist with outpatient rehabilitation services in an in‑home setting for older adults
• Attend and contribute to patient care, staffing conferences, and required meetings
• Ensure adherence to department and patient treatment schedule, timely clinical and billing documentation
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to implement programs and activities consistent with patient needs and capabilities
• Act as an assistant to the Physical Therapist when performing tests, evaluations, and complex procedures
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in skills and techniques of physical therapy treatment program
• Maintain appropriate and timely documentation for all patients treated
• Maintain equipment and report repairs as needed
• Prioritize patient and family service quality with compassionate care
• Implement individualized patient treatment plan as established by primary Physical Therapist
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, airway clearance techniques, integumentary repair, electrotherapeutic modalities, health and wellness, falls risk interventions, chronic disease management education

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience during clinical fieldwork
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment
• Valid license in state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient locations
