Litigation Associate Attorney - Norwalk, CT

A well-established Connecticut law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in Trumbull, CT. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level associate to work on a variety of matters and gain substantive experience.

The litigation team handles a wide-ranging docket
, including:

• Commercial and contract disputes
• Partnership and shareholder litigation
• Breach of contract matters
• Complex plaintiff's personal injury
• Select criminal and family matters
• Complex plaintiff's personal injury

Associates work closely with seasoned litigators and are given hands‑on responsibility in active cases. The practice values strong fundamentals, sound judgment, and practical litigation skills.

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Connecticut bar admission required
• Strong skills in:
  • Legal research and writing
  • Discovery
  • Motion practice
  • Court filings and case management

This role supports multiple senior attorneys and offers exposure to diverse matters rather than a narrow specialty.

• Fully in-office role (Norwalk, CT), no formal billable hour requirement

• Base salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 + discretionary year‑end bonus
