** THE WORK*
* As a Subcontract Administrator supporting Sikorsky Sustainment Programs, you will manage the procurement and subcontract lifecycle for complex parts, assemblies, and subassemblies supporting legacy and out of production helicopter platforms These programs present unique supply chain challenges, including limited manufacturing sources, diminishing material availability, and long lead times that require strategic sourcing and proactive supplier management
You will support critical Army, Air Force, and Maritime programs, including the CH 53E, Presidential Helicopter Program, and multiple H 60 variants Working collaboratively with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers, you will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate subcontracts, manage supplier performance, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure critical material is delivered to support mission readiness and customer commitments

* Basic Qualifications:
*
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in subcontract administration, procurement, supply chain management, sourcing, contracts, or a related business discipline
Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiating terms and conditions, and administering purchase orders or subcontracts
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, cross functional environment
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Power Point

* Defense Industry and Production program experience
Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures
Demonstrated experience leading cross functional Integrated Product Teams and/or Supplier Management Teams Replacement
Demonstrated Risk Management experience
Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership
Experience with LM P2P SAP buying system and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policies LMAP
