WHAT WE'RE DOING

At Sikorsky, we are committed to sustaining the aircraft our military relies on to accomplish critical missions around the globe. Our Sustainment Supply Chain team ensures the continued availability of mission-critical components that keep legacy helicopter platforms flying long after production has ended. By partnering with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and program teams, we solve complex supply chain challenges, overcome material obsolescence, and deliver innovative procurement solutions that support fleet readiness for our Department of Defense customers.

THE WORK

As a Subcontract Administrator supporting Sikorsky Sustainment Programs, you will manage the procurement and subcontract lifecycle for complex parts, assemblies, and subassemblies supporting legacy and out-of-production helicopter platforms. These programs present unique supply chain challenges, including limited manufacturing sources, diminishing material availability, and long lead times that require strategic sourcing and proactive supplier management.

You will support critical Army, Air Force, and Maritime programs, including the CH-53E, Presidential Helicopter Program, and multiple H-60 variants. Working collaboratively with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers, you will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate subcontracts, manage supplier performance, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure critical material is delivered to support mission readiness and customer commitments.

WHO WE ARE

WHY JOIN US

When you join our team, you'll have the opportunity to support some of the nation's most important defense programs while developing expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and sustainment operations. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals across multiple disciplines, tackle challenging supply chain problems, and help ensure the continued readiness of aircraft that protect those who serve around the world.
