Director of Sales & Growth

Overview

One of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in Connecticut has an amazing opportunity for a Director of Sales and Growth/Team Leader. This is a Full-Time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, and “non-selling" leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader and will be well-versed in KW systems and business models (this is not a requirement).

Relocation to the Connecticut market is required and okay if needed.

• Lead and grow the team through recruiting, coaching, and developing top agents and staff in alignment with the Operating Principal’s vision and Growth Initiative standards.
• Conduct recruiting appointments, drive gross and net recruits, and contribute to profitability targets as part of the Growth Initiative program.
• Consult with the top 20 percent of agents to set goals and direct them to productivity solutions using Career Growth Initiative tools.
• Lead with energy, urgency, and a people-oriented approach; build and maintain a high-performing team aligned with Keller Williams' beliefs and operating principles.
• Communicate effectively with agents and stakeholders to influence decisions and foster a collaborative culture.

• At least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and a track record of leadership; top 5 percent of the office.
• Strong understanding of basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and the ability to use data to make strategic business decisions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills; highly assertive, energetic, and goal-driven.

• $200,000-$300,000 OTE
• Recruiting bonuses + profit share - No ceiling
