CNC MAINTENANCE & FACILITIES TECHNICIAN – Fairfield County, CT

We’re partnering with a well‑established precision manufacturing company in Fairfield County, CT that is looking for a CNC Maintenance & Facilities Technician—but this is more than just maintenance.

• Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, with a focus on electrical and control systems
• Performing preventative maintenance on machines and facility equipment
• Diagnosing issues with wiring, sensors, controls, and electrical systems
• Coordinating major repairs with OEMs and third‑party vendors
• Supporting production by minimizing downtime and responding quickly to issues
• Maintaining service logs, maintenance schedules, and equipment history
• Assisting with general facility maintenance (lighting, air systems, coolant systems, etc.)
• Identifying recurring issues and implementing long‑term solutions

• Direct impact on production efficiency and uptime
• Mix of CNC machine work and facility systems (no two days the same)
• Opportunity to build and improve preventative maintenance programs

Full‑time position.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (8‑hour shifts). Compensation:
