** 1 st shift (Mon-Thurs. 5AM-3:30PM EST)
** Job type:
** Contract- hire
** Job Summary*
* Responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging sub-assemblies and finished products in a controlled clean room environment while following established work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and quality standards.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Assemble sub-components and finished products independently and as part of a team using manual fabrication techniques.
+ Build detailed, precision-based assemblies by following approved work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
+ Perform mechanical and electrical testing on completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance specifications.
+ Support manufacturing operations by working across one or more designated production cells.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area, including routine housekeeping activities.
+ Follow written procedures and manufacturing documentation for multiple product lines.
+ Comply with all clean room, gowning, and uniform requirements.
+ Follow instructions and guidance from team leads and supervisors.
+ Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
** Qualifications*
* + Previous experience performing manual assembly in a manufacturing or production environment.
+ Ability to assemble small, delicate components using magnification equipment or a microscope.
+ Soldering experience preferred, but not required.
+ Experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
+ Familiarity with standard manufacturing and assembly processes.
+ Proficiency using hand tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
+ Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
