- Mon-Thu 3:45pm-2:15am
3-6 Month Contract w/ Potential to convert permanently

What you will do:
- Assemble small, precision components using hand tools and magnification equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment
- Follow detailed written instructions and assembly procedures to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Perform basic mechanical or electrical testing on assembled components
- Inspect parts and finished products to verify they meet specifications and quality standards
- Package completed products according to established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following required safety and cleanliness protocols
- Work both independently and collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Wear required protective clothing or cleanroom garments while performing job duties
- Assist with additional production or assembly tasks as needed by supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience with hand assembly or production work preferred
- Ability to assemble very small parts using magnification or microscopes
- Familiarity with small hand tools; soldering experience is a plus
