Groundskeeper Positions (Seasonal)
Hours:
19.5 hrs per week
Salary: $17-$21 per hour
- Perform variety of semiskilled tasks in the maintenance, repair and construction of the golf course.
- Operate larger equipment such as Greens Mowers, Tee Mowers, Fairway Mowers.
- May make minor repairs to mechanical equipment used in golf course maintenance.
- Does related tasks as assigned.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Some knowledge of mechanical principles.
- Ability to use and make minor repairs to small tools and simple mechanical equipment.
- Learn to operate gear shift vehicles and golf course maintenance equipment.
Prior experience at golf course or landscaping a plus. CT Driver's License required.
Supervision ReceivedWorks under the supervision of The Golf Course Properties Director, Golf Course Superintendent or other authorized supervisor.
