Senior Regulatory Compliance Lead Consumer Products Position Overview
As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Lead Consumer Products your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee regulatory compliance for household product lines, focusing on product labeling, packaging claims, SDS, and ingredient disclosures.
- Lead regulatory assessments for new product development and existing product changes.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, legal, and packaging teams to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide regulatory guidance on product safety, efficacy, and compliance-related risk management.
- Support quality and manufacturing teams during inspections, audits, product recalls, and regulatory agency reviews.
- Monitor changes in regulatory and toxicology landscapes; recommend proactive measures for compliance and product safety.
- Develop and maintain internal compliance processes and documentation to meet evolving regulatory needs.
- Prepare regulatory documentation and reports for internal leadership reviews.
- Act as a resource for cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory issues.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, regulatory compliance, or product stewardship within consumer products, household chemicals, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and regulatory submissions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex regulatory topics.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
