The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and products, delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both managers and sales associates, playing an instrumental part in our in‑store success.

- Surpass commercial targets and KPIs, setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Coaching and inspiring the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance, and providing real‑time feedback to empower the team to reach their KPI goals.
- Support managers and sales associates to ensure smooth in‑store operations.
- Results‑oriented seller with at least 2 years’ experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, demonstrating care in interactions.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences and engage people at all organizational levels.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Master of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving on time.
We offer a robust compensation package, including base pay and bonuses. Total compensation ranges from $17.45 to $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience. We also provide a 401(k) plan to help secure your financial future.
