Scope:
Own the equipment number- deliver quota-and the pull through it creates. Generate market demand and customer buying through capital equipment inventory audits, disciplined executive business reviews, and strategic, multi threaded complex selling. Compress sales cycles by aligning customer goals and relationships to clear business outcomes measured by equipment, hardware, service, and consumable sales-totaling to quota attainment.
