Duties & Responsibilities:

* Diagnose plumbing issues accurately

* Present repair and replacement options professionally

* Deliver excellent customer experience

* Generate service and replacement opportunities

* Educate customers on solutions and memberships

* Perform plumbing repairs and service work

* Maintain clean and professional work areas

* Properly document work performed

* Collect job photos and customer signatures

* Identify larger install opportunities for management follow-up

* Recommend preventative solutions when appropriate

* Maintain truck organization and inventory

* Follow company pricing and operational standards

You'll Be a Fit If:

* You hold a current CT Journeyman (P2) Plumber license or equivalent (P6, G2, and etc.) minimum

* Extensive Service Plumbing experience in-lieu of license will be considered

* You have a valid driver's license and clean background

* You value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

* Service Titan and straight-forward flat rate pricing experience a plus
