Competitive, dependent on experience My client is Cornwall's only independently owned five-star hotel, renowned for exceptional service, stunning coastal views and luxury guest experiences. They are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead their revenue strategy and drive commercial performance across accommodation and ancillary revenue streams. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the General Manager and Managing Director to maximise revenue, profitability and forecasting accuracy while supporting strategic business planning.
The Role As Revenue Manager, you will develop and implement data-driven pricing, inventory and distribution strategies to optimise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and total hotel revenue. Acting as the commercial link between Operations, Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Finance, you will provide insight and leadership to support informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Management & Pricing Develop and implement dynamic pricing and revenue strategies across rooms, suites and packages. Manage inventory, rate structures and restrictions across all distribution channels. Maintain rate parity and optimise channel performance. Lead regular revenue meetings, providing market analysis and pricing recommendations. Forecasting & Reporting Produce accurate short and long-term revenue forecasts. Monitor key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share and channel mix.
Identify commercial opportunities and risks, providing actionable recommendations. Support annual budgeting and business planning processes. Systems & Distribution Manage PMS, RMS and channel management systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective configuration. Optimise OTA performance and direct booking strategies to improve conversion and reduce commission costs. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support revenue decisions. Commercial Collaboration Partner with Sales and Marketing on promotions, packages and demand-driving campaigns.
Work with Reservations and Front Office teams to maximise upselling and yield opportunities. Collaborate with F&B, Spa and Events teams to increase cross-selling and overall revenue. Leadership Promote a strong revenue culture through training, coaching and performance reporting. Support and mentor team members within the commercial and reservations functions. About You Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel revenue management.
Experience with in luxury, boutique or independent hospitality environments preferred. Proven success in growing RevPAR and total revenue through pricing and distribution strategies. Strong knowledge of PMS, RMS, channel managers and OTA platforms. Advanced Excel and reporting skills. Highly analytical, commercially focused and detail-oriented. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to work confidently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
