Position: Strategic Proposal Writer Needed at Buttcon
Buttcon Limited seeks a Strategic Proposal Writer to craft winning proposals while emphasizing compliance and strategic messaging. This role supports business growth and client-focused communication in a hybrid model.

You will play a key role in the Business Development & Marketing team, collaborating with senior leadership and subject matter experts. Your expertise will focus on creating tailored proposals emphasizing Buttcon's value across various delivery models, including Construction Management and Design-Build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate large, multi-stakeholder proposal efforts

• Define roles through proposal kick-off meetings

• Guide story arcs and ensure persuasive content

• Maintain proposal library and elevate content quality

• Participate in lessons learned for future pursuits

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proposal writing experience in AEC

• Strong editing, compliance-checking, and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe tools

• Familiarity with RFP processes and content management

• Educational background in Marketing or Communications
