Position: Charlotte Music Ministry Director Role
Join Back Creek Church in Charlotte, NC as the Music Ministry Director, responsible for fostering musical worship in various church services. This role requires strong leadership and musicianship.

In this full-time position, you will work with the church minister to plan and select music for worship, including conducting weekly rehearsals with musicians. You will also develop youth and children’s music programs, ensuring the congregation is engaged through rich musical experiences. You’ll oversee audio/visual equipment training and maintenance as part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate music for worship and special services

• Conduct and lead weekly rehearsals for musicians

• Create visual aids for worship elements

• Guide youth and children in music ministry

• Collaborate on equipment maintenance and A/V training

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading diverse musical styles

• Strong vocal and instrumental proficiency

• Understanding of ARP church beliefs

• Skills in basic music administration tasks

• Commitment to becoming a church member
