What would you do?You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a company’s financial performance.
Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision‑making. It is essential for financial transparency and accountability. Key responsibilities include balancing all balance sheet accounts against sub‑ledger or other non-general ledger based source data to verify whether the balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger. Differences which arise are addressed as reconciling items.

- Role may require working in rotational shifts
