Senior FP&A Manager in Finance

Lead strategic finance initiatives as a Senior Manager FP&A laborate with C-suite executives and drive financial planning and insights for impactful decision-making.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Director of FP&A while maintaining strategic partnerships with VPs and C-level stakeholders. Your expertise in building financial models, preparing budgets, and managing P&L will be essential in supporting revenue growth. You'll conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations that optimize profitability and ensure accurate forecasting and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance business partnerships with VPs and C-suite executives

• Prepare and present strategic deliverables to key stakeholders

• Develop financial models and manage annual budgets and forecasts

• Analyze P&L results and identify cost optimization opportunities

• Implement financial policies to enhance forecasting accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• 7+ years of financial analysis experience

• Expert knowledge in Excel

• Experience in finance business partnership with senior leadership

• Strong communication skills fluent in English
