As an Industrial Territory Sales Manager for Ansell, your key responsibility will be to develop and maintain sales across the Atlantic Provinces. You will focus on growing the territory's Industrial, Single Use, and Body Protection products by building relationships with distribution partners and end users.
This role offers a flexible, hybrid work model with opportunities for professional growth through Ansell University and mentorship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans
• Maintain an open opportunity pipeline exceeding $1.2M
• Analyze sales data for strategic planning
• Educate distributor sales teams on Ansell strategies
• Create and manage contracts throughout the year
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Proven sales success and CRM proficiency
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• High organizational and accountability standards
• Willingness to travel 10-65% within territory
