Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, providing product expertise, and driving sales in a fast-paced counter sales environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers at the counter and assist with product inquiries, recommendations, and solutions
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Deliver a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, pricing, features, and industry applications
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Ensure the sales counter and showroom area remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or counter sales preferred
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain attention to detail
