HVAC Inside Sales Representative NS

Kerr Controls Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative in Truro, NS, to support HVAC/R customers and drive sales. Your expertise will enhance customer experiences and promote company growth.

In this role, you will leverage your previous wholesale Inside Sales experience to provide reliable product support and facilitate smooth transactions. Collaborating closely with the outside sales team, you'll ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with both customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HVAC/R customers with knowledgeable solutions

• Assist in meeting sales goals and branch revenue

• Coordinate with vendors for stock and lead time updates

• Manage customer order entries and price confirmations

• Foster positive working relationships throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Proven Inside Sales experience in HVAC/R

• Competent computer skills for sales and inventory management
