Physical Therapy Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapy Assistant, located in Trussville, AL. The primary responsibilities include assisting licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and providing support and care to patients throughout their rehabilitation process. The role also entails maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations. Collaboration with the therapy team and patients' families is essential to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Strong skills in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Occupational Therapy practices
• Exceptional Communication abilities for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members
• Experience in Patient Care, ensuring a compassionate and supportive approach to recovery
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a clinical setting
• Active license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant, as required in the state of Alabama
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is a plus
