Primary Responsibilities Microsoft Administration Administer Microsoft Entra e Microsoft Intune.
Administer Microsoft 365.Configure Conditional Access policies.
Manage user lifecycle:
Onboarding Offboarding Permissions Licensing Manage Azure resources and subscriptions.
Maintain identity and access management.
Support SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, and Exchange Online.
Endpoint Management Windows administration.
Device provisioning.
Intune deployment.
Patch management.
Endpoint security.
Group policy and configuration management.
Windows Autopilot.
Hardware lifecycle management.
User Support Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
Resolve desktop and application issues.
Support Microsoft Office applications.
Support mobile devices.
Support conference room technologies.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
Escalate complex issues appropriately.
Infrastructure Administration Monitor system health and availability.
Assist with server administration.
Assist with virtualization environments.
Manage backups and recovery processes.
Monitor system security.
Assist with network troubleshooting.
Support printers and peripheral devices.
Projects Participate in IT infrastructure projects.
Assist with Microsoft technology deployments.
Support ERP infrastructure requirements.
Help improve automation and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain IT documentation.
Required Qualifications 3+ years of Systems Administration experience.
Strong Microsoft Azure experience.
Microsoft Entra .Microsoft Intune administration.
Microsoft 365 administration.
Windows administration.
Experience supporting end users.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in IT (Information Systems / Computer Science)
Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
Azure Virtual Machines Azure Networking Microsoft Defender Power Shell scripting
Active Directory Share Point Online Exchange Online Teams Administration Windows Autopilot Conditional Access Multi-Factor Authentication Microsoft Business Central Hyper-V or VMware
Backup solutions
Power Platform Additional experience with:
CAD software administration (Autodesk products preferred)
Network administration (switches, firewalls, wireless)
VPN technologies
Manufacturing environmentsERP environments
