Fitting & welding parts using information from production drawings, shop travelers & work instructions utilizing MIG welder, fixtures, and basic welding tools to meet print specifications.;
Setting appropriate welding machine parameters for the material being welded.;
Producing welds to meet print specifications with strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent.;
Basic operation of robotic weld cell as assigned.;
Verifies conformance of finished part to print specifications and quality standards.
