Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), provide advice & support to the resident and their families.
Monitor resident and administer medications and treatment.
Document resident care services by charting in resident & department records.
Protect resident & staff by adhering to infection control policies & protocols.
Resolves resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
12 hour shifts 7:00 am & 7:00 pm - 7:00 pm & 7:00 am.
Should work well in a team environment.
Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of Alabama.
Long Term Care / Rehab experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
