What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with teammates to build a strong meat team; communicate with the team; and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepare (for example, cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) meat products according to established standards; cut boneless meat products; maintain product quality standards.
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
  • Ensure operational excellence, maintaining work area per company policies; maintain quality and date control standards; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
  • Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member's experience; execute basics at highest quality; exhibit energy and passion.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use Open Door Policy; apply these in executing business processes.
  • Complete assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers; identify priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvements.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, member-ready area.
  • Stand for long periods assisting quickly and accurately.
  • Stand up to obstacles, solve problems, ensure tasks completed with excellence.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience or willingness to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong multitasking ability.
  • Member satisfaction orientation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks accurately.
Pay

Base pay: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
